Can I Submit Character References?

If you don't have any/enough professional references

So long as your recruiter/hiring manager has approved a character reference, referees can use Referoo's online reference forms to provide a character reference.

If you haven't already, check in with the recruiter/hiring manager first. Your recruiter/hiring manager's contact details will be in the top right-hand corner of your Candidate Dashboard and included in the email you received, but don't reply to the email itself - that goes through to an unmonitored inbox.

You and your referee(s) would just need to provide the character reference details as best you can into the available fields. For example, in the Start Date section, the date that the candidate and referee met can be noted, by typing in 'Met - 20/08/2021'. For any questions that don't make sense for a character reference in any way, 'Character Reference’ can be typed in.
