How Do I Complete a Digital Signature?

Confirming the correct person has received the request and that you consent to the Consent Statement

1. Press the grey 'Read Policy' option to read through the Consent Statement.



2. Type your name into the Signature box and a digital signature will be automatically generated for you. 



3. Double-check your signature spelling is correct as you will not be able to edit it once it is saved. 



4. Press the green 'I Consent' button to consent, save your signature and continue on.
