My referee hasn't received anything from Referoo — what should I do?
Q: My referee says they haven’t received an invite. How can I fix this?
A: If your referee hasn't received the invitation, here are a few steps you can take:
Check and Update Their Details:
Log into your Candidate Dashboard and go to the Referees section.
Click on the referee’s name to view and edit their details.
If you update their email or phone number, a new invite will be sent automatically.
Ask Them to Check Spam/Junk Folders:
Sometimes the email may be filtered. If it's not there, you can try providing an alternate email address and updating their details again.
If the Invite Was Deleted:
If the referee accidentally deleted the invite and can’t retrieve it, please contact us via the Referoo chatboxand we’ll resend the invite.
