            How can I make sure my referee receives the reference email again?

            Reminders are sent out once per day for the 3 days following the initial invite, via email and/or SMS, to all referees who haven't completed the process yet in submitting a reference. 

            One last reminder is sent a week after the initial email / SMS has gone out.
