What if I’m unsure whether to provide a reference?
If you are unsure about completing a reference request or believe you are not the correct referee, the recruiter handling the candidate’s application can assist you. You can find their contact details at the top-right corner of your referee screen.
If you prefer not to be involved in the reference process, you can also decline the reference directly within the email you have received from us:

Open the reference request email from us
Scroll down and select the option “Decline Reference”
Submit the reason WHY?
