When Payment Is Required
In some cases, your recruiter may require additional checks to be completed before employment can proceed. If these checks are requested, payment must be completed before you can continue with the process.
Method 1 — Payment Outside of Referoo
Some checks require payment to be made directly to the check provider. If this applies to you, your dashboard will display a link that takes you to the provider’s website. You will complete the payment and provide any additional information directly through the provider’s portal.
Method 2 — Payment Within Referoo
Other checks can be paid for directly within your Referoo account. When this option applies, you will see a secure payment section on the My Details page where you can complete the transaction.
Taxes and Charges
Any applicable GST, VAT, or other taxes will be shown in the payment section before you complete payment. Your card will be charged the final total displayed, and the charge will appear on your card statement with the line item as the description.
