If you are unsure about completing a reference request or believe you are not the correct referee, the recruiter handling the candidate’s application can assist you.
You can find their contact details at the top-right corner of your referee screen.
Declining a reference
If you prefer not to be involved in the reference process, you can also decline the reference directly within the email you have received from us:

- Scroll down and select the option "Decline Reference".
- Submit the reason WHY.
