When you complete a ConnectID check, Referoo only receives confirmation of your first and last name. We do not receive any additional personal information from ConnectID.

If you’re unable to use ConnectID (for example, because it requires an Australian mobile number), don’t worry — there’s an alternative option available. When prompted to verify your identity, you should also see an option to use Stripe Identity. Select this option if you are located outside Australia (including New Zealand) to complete your verification.
