Automatic Reminder Schedule

Referoo automatically sends reminders to referees who haven't yet completed the process. You do not need to do anything — the reminders are sent on the following schedule:

Reminder schedule:

  • Once per day for the 3 days following the initial invite, via email and/or SMS.
  • One final reminder is sent one week after the initial email/SMS was sent.
